Job summary

Airmid Staffing Ltd is seeking experienced Care & Support Workers in Treorchy to help a young person with ASD/learning disabilities live active, independent lives. You will build relationships, support routines and help the client access the community.

We offer £16.25 per hour plus accrued holiday pay, flexible hours, and shifts available as full-time or part-time across days and weekends. You will have dedicated support from a Candidate Liaison Officer and 24-hour Clinician on call.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities.
• Caring, patient and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to build positive relationships and be reliable.
• Driver status advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Go for walks and explore the local community.
