Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a dedicated Care & Support Worker for Green Meadows, Freshwater, to provide person-centred care across supported housing and community settings. You’ll help residents live independently, following individual care plans with dignity, choice and inclusion.

The role involves flexibility, evenings, weekends, and potential sleep-in duties. Training and DBS checks are provided, with a supportive team and a focus on safeguarding and wellbeing.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and on-call shifts.

• Deliver care and support across housing schemes and community settings.
