Job summary

Care Santé Limited is recruiting care workers to join our team at the Lew Evans extra care scheme in London. You will provide life-changing care and support to vulnerable adults, helping with personal care, mobility and daily activities to enable them to live fulfilling lives.

We currently have 2 full-time positions with AM (7am–3pm) and PM (3pm–10pm) shifts. No experience is required as full training, induction and updates are provided, along with funded qualifications and PPE.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is necessary, but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care

Responsibilities

• Assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Helping service users with mobility and use of aids and equipment.
• Domestic tasks including making beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning and laundry.
• Meal and drink preparation and support with eating.
• Assisting with administering medications as required.
• Supporting clients on social visits and outings to shops.

Job Description:

• Our care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
• Support with administrating medication.
• Assisting clients on social visits and access to shops.
