ExtraCare's Lovat Fields Retirement Village in Milton Keynes is seeking a Care and Support Worker to join our team. The role covers domiciliary care within one site, with a 26-hour weekly pattern including mornings and evenings, and alternate weekends.

You will provide personal and social care, support independence, and maintain accurate records. Applicants should have a care certificate or be willing to undertake one, be personable, reliable and flexible about shift times.

The Role

• Role: Care and Support Worker (multiple positions available)
• Hours: 26 hours per week
  • 4 x shifts per week
  • Combination of morning (7am - 2pm) and evenings (3pm - 10pm) shifts*
  • Includes alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Salary: £14.33ph
• Location: Lovat Fields, Japonica Lane, Milton Keynes, MK15 9ED

As a Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
