Job summary

Woodlands is our residential care home in the village of South Wootton, near King’s Lynn in West Norfolk. We are seeking a Care Support Worker to assist with personal care and support tasks, helping service users maintain independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

You will work as part of a team, supporting wellbeing events and activities and responding to call bells and emergencies as needed.

A Day In The Life

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
