Norse Care is seeking a Care Support Worker at Woodlands, Kings Lynn, to help service users with personal care and daily tasks. This role offers 15.75 hours per week with nights at £14.06 per hour, plus enhancements and fully funded courses. DBS checks are enhanced and sponsorship is not available.

You will join a friendly, inclusive team, providing care in a residential setting and supporting wellbeing events while promoting independence and dignity in line with person-centred plans.

Qualificações

• Experience in care is welcomed but not required.
• A passion for supporting others and safeguarding independence.
• Willingness to complete funded accredited courses.

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Woodlands:

Woodlands is our residential care home in the village of South Wootton, near King’s Lynn in West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
