Job summary

Norse Care is seeking a Care Support Worker for King’s Lynn at Woodlands. The role offers £14.06 per hour at night, 27 hours per week, and a 6-month fixed-term contract. Fully funded courses and clear career progression opportunities are provided.

You will assist with personal care, support service users to maintain independence and dignity, and respond to call bells while working as part of a supportive team in a dementia-friendly home.

Care Support Worker – Kings Lynn

£14.06 per hour (Nights) + enhancements

27hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

Temporary Contract - Fixed Term (6 months)

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Woodlands:

Woodlands is our residential care home in the village of South Wootton, near King’s Lynn in West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
