Norse Care’s Woodlands in King’s Lynn is seeking a Care Support Worker to join a friendly, supportive team. You will help with personal care and daily tasks, promoting independence and dignity for our service users, in line with a person-centred care plan.

We offer fully funded accredited courses, clear career progression, and rewarding daily work. The role is 24 hours per week (days) with enhancements; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or willingness to train.
• Demonstrates core values: care completely, collaborate proactively, act with integrity, pursue better, make it happen.
• Enhanced DBS check required; payment to be met by employer.

Responsabilités

Care Support Worker – Kings Lynn

£13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements

24 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Woodlands:

Woodlands is our residential care home in the village of South Wootton, near King’s Lynn in West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
