Job summary

Norse Care’s Mountfield in Norwich is hiring a Care Support Worker to join a friendly, supportive, and inclusive team. This role covers 36 hours per week with day shifts and enhancements, offering excellent training and real opportunities to progress in your care career.

You will assist with personal care, promote independence and dignity, and work closely with colleagues to create a safe, engaging environment for service users, including those living with dementia.

Care Support Worker –Norwich

£13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements

36 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life**:**

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Mountfield:

Mountfield is a private home operated by Norse Care for self-funders. Our recently fully refurbished residential care home is in the suburbs of North Norwich, located in New Catton. In close reach of Old Catton, Hellesdon and Sprowston. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.
