Care Support Worker –Norwich

£13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements

Positions Available:

24 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

27 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Mountfield:

Mountfield is a private home operated by Norse Care for self-funders.Our recently fully refurbished residential care home is in the suburbs of North Norwich, located in New Catton.In close reach of Old Catton, Hellesdon and Sprowston. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.
