Norse Care is seeking a Care Support Worker for St Nicholas House in Dereham. You will assist with personal care, support service users to maintain independence, and follow a person-centred care plan to promote dignity and safety.

£13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements
26.13 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
