Job summary

Norse Care is seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker for our Westfields home in Swaffham. You will assist with personal care, promote independence, and support service users to make informed choices in a person-centred care plan.

We offer fully funded accredited courses, career progression, and a £500 welcome bonus for a limited time. Weekend enhancements and other benefits are available; sponsorship is not provided.

Care Support Worker – Swaffham

£13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements

Multiple Hours Available:

• 20.13 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours
• 24.8 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours
• 27.63 hours per week +opportunity for additional hours
• 35.25 hours per week +opportunity for additional hours
• 36 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

£250 will be payable at 3 months after successful mid-term probation review & £250 payable after successful probation period in the role. This is subject to successful performance, sicknessreviewsandcompletion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently a Care Team Leader within Norse Care. Bonus available for contracted positions for certain vacanciesonly.
