Job summary

Norse Care is hiring a Care Support Worker for Bishop Herbert House in Norwich. The role pays £13.81 per hour (days) with enhancements, for 36.5 hours per week and potential for extra hours. It is a temporary position with shift patterns from 07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, or 07:00-20:00.

We welcome experienced carers or those new to the field. Norse Care offers funded courses, career progression and the satisfaction of improving people’s lives. Sponsorship is not provided at this time.

Care Support Worker – Norwich

£13.81 per hour (days) + enhancements

36.5 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
