Job summary

Norse Care's St Nicholas House in Dereham is seeking a part-time Care Support Worker to help service users with personal care and daily activities, while promoting independence and dignity in line with a person-centred plan.

Care Support Worker –Dereham

£13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements

26.13 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About St Nicholas House:

St Nicholas House is our residential care home in Dereham, West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
