Job summary

Norse Care's Cranmer House in Fakenham is recruiting a Care Support Worker to help us make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will support with personal care, promote independence and dignity, and work as part of a friendly team.

We offer fully funded accredited training, weekend enhancements, and a supportive environment with opportunities for progression. Shifts include days and nights across Monday to Sunday; hourly rates are £13.81 days / £14.06 nights, with

£13.81 per hour (days) + enhancements // £14.06 per hour (nights) + enhancements

40 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
