Job summary

Norse Care’s Bishop Herbert House in Norwich invites applications for a Casual Care Support Worker role. You’ll work night shifts (19:30–07:30) on a casual contract, supporting service users with personal care and daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.

You’ll join a friendly team, with funded accredited courses, career progression and a commitment to wellbeing for staff and service users alike. An enhanced DBS check is required, and sponsorship is not available.

• Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly; communicate with medical professionals as required.

Casual Care Support Worker – Norwich

£13.56 per hour.

Casual contract, working night shifts across Monday - Sunday.

Shift Patterns - 19:30-07:30

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
