Job summary

The Disabled Workers Co-operative Ltd. is seeking caring individuals to join our team in the local community in Saffron Walden. You will support customers with daily living activities, promote independence, and help them access appointments and social events.

Work in a friendly team with full training provided. A UK driving licence is essential due to travel between locations and community-based duties; the rota includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work across a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and some overnight shifts.
• Right to work in the UK required; visa sponsorship not available.
• Full training and ongoing support provided.

This is a 24-hour service, and successful applicants will be required to work flexibly across a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts.
