The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking compassionate and creative individuals to join our team as Support Practitioners in Scotland. You will help adults living in their own homes with daily tasks, medication support, finances, meals, and personal care, with full training provided.

No prior care experience is required as we hire on values and transferable skills and offer fully funded SVQ and ongoing training. This is a rewarding role with opportunities to grow within social care.

Qualifications

• Empathy and caring attitude essential.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Comfortable using a computer and working in teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in their own homes with daily living activities.
• Support with medication and finances as needed.
• Help with housework, meals, cooking and personal care.
• Provide moving and handling support with proper training.
• Engage in activities and promote independence.
