McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Care and Support Assistant to join their team at the stunning estate Shackleton Place in Devizes.

This role is based at a ‘Retirement Living Plus’ development built by the multi award-winning McCarthy and Stone. It offers a fantastic lifestyle opportunity for those over 70.

Salary and Benefits

Base Salary: £11.96 per hour plus additional pay (see below).

Responsibilities include housekeeping, domestic support, encouraging participation in activities, assisting with appointments, transport, shopping, and escorting residents as needed. About You

You are a warm, friendly individual, ideally with experience in care or support environments. You are passionate about enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy teamwork. You strive to deliver excellent customer service. Ideally, you hold a QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults), but relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
