McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional Care and Support Assistant to join their team at their stunning estate Horizons in Poole.

Base Salary: £11.96 per hour plus additional pay (see below)

About the role

As a Care and Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, enabling them to live well in later life. Your duties will include housekeeping, domestic support across the estate, supporting residents in activities that promote health and wellbeing, helping with appointments, transport, escorting visits, and assisting with shopping. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to use your people skills to make a real difference.

About you

You are a warm, friendly individual, ideally with some experience in a care or support environment. You have a passion for enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy setting. You are committed to delivering excellent customer service. You are interested in working in the Health and Social Care sector and preferably hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, though relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
