Bluebird Care Durham North is seeking a passionate Care Supervisor to lead our Sevenoaks team and deliver high-quality home care. You’ll work with customers, families and care staff, using your leadership to plan, assess risks and drive consistent care in people’s homes.
You’ll need an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to manage priorities. Hours are Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5pm, with on-call duties and a supportive team around you.

As a Care Supervisor, you’ll work closely with our Registered Manager and care team. You’ll:
You’ll already have experience working in care and understand what excellent support at home looks like.
Your usual hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5pm.
You’ll also take part in our out-of-hours on-call rota, which runs seven days a week. Weekend cover is shared across the team and is usually around one weekend every 4–5 weeks.
When you cover an on-call weekend, you’ll receive an additional £100 per day.
As you’ll be visiting customers in the community, you must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a car you can use for work.
