Job summary

All Care Services in Southampton is seeking a Care Assistant to join our local home-care team. You will work 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties and occasional care support, earning £23,406 per year including on-call payments.

A driving licence and access to your own transport are essential for this role. We value reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care sector preferred.
• Driving licence essential.
• 1 year care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide home care to clients in the Southampton area.
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call service.
• Follow care plans and complete risk assessments with training.

Pay: £23,406.00 including on call payments

The role holder will:

• Have good planning and organisation skills
• Be punctual and flexible
• Have the confidence to work alone and as part of a team
• Have an understanding of the care sector
• Experience within the Health and Social Care SectorHands on Care experience
• Familiar with care plans (Full training will be given on writing needs and risk assessments)
