Job summary

All Care Services is seeking Care Assistants to provide person-centred care to older adults in the Andover area, helping them regain independence at home. You’ll follow established visit patterns and work in a community setting, with full training provided.

No prior experience is required; successful applicants will join a supportive, locally focused team and receive comprehensive induction and ongoing development.

Salary: £13.52 - £14.04 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.
