Job summary

All Care Services is seeking Care Assistants to support older adults across Southampton, Hedge End and Eastleigh. You will deliver person-centred care in clients' homes, assist with daily living tasks and provide companionship. Roles offer flexible hours and full training with guaranteed hours in many cases.

Typical shifts cover mornings and evenings; no prior experience required as full training is provided. Applicants should hold a full UK driving licence and have right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Travel requirements: community-based role; drivers with full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Eastleigh andhelping them regain independence in their own homes.
