Job summary

Qualifications

• SVQ 3 is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Promote dignity, respect, choice and independence while working in an anti-discriminatory way.
• Assess, plan, review and maintain clear records including risk assessments and support plans.
• Communicate effectively and work with service users, staff, carers, families and professionals to achieve outcomes.
• Provide leadership, supervision, guidance and support to other staff as part of the team.
• Provide personal care to service users with support needs and manage information accurately.
