Job summary

Enable Scotland is seeking a proactive Service Manager to lead our Care at Home and Housing Support services across the North East. Based in Fraserburgh with travel to Dundee, Aberdeenshire and surrounding areas, you will drive high-quality, person-centred support and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will build strong teams, foster a positive culture, manage performance, develop partnerships with stakeholders and commissioners, and promote ENABLE Scotland values while expanding our service

Qualifications

• Significant experience of leading and managing Supported Living Services.
• Experience managing teams with knowledge of culture change.
• A commitment to the inclusion of people with a learning disability.
• An in-depth understanding of the Self Directed Support Act and its principles.
• SVQ level 4 or the ability to work towards the relevant qualification required for your SSSC registration.
• SVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 is essential.
• A clear understanding of the need to build and sustain partnerships with stakeholders, commissioners and other third sector providers.
• The ability to lead our business strategy at a local level whilst promoting ENABLE Scotland with an emphasis on growing our business.
• Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop our Care at Home and Housing Support services across the North East.
• Provide leadership and oversight to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure quality, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with the people we support, families, colleagues and external partners.
• Travel across a diverse geographical area to cover services as required.
