Job summary

Berwick Care is seeking an SDR to grow conversations with prospective clients and introduce Berwick Care's offering to the market. This role rewards a confident phone presence and motivation for outreach activity within a business that supports the care sector.

You will handle high outbound call volumes, qualify leads, book meetings, and maintain accurate activity logs as part of a friendly, inclusive team in the UK.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in SDR or outbound sales role.
• Phone-based sales with high outbound volumes.
• Experience meeting daily/monthly outreach targets.
• Organised pipeline follow-ups and accurate activity logging.
• Experience building rapport with prospective clients and using a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Predominantly telesales and outbound outreach.
• Handle high outbound call volumes as part of day-to-day sales activity.
