Job summary

Berwick Care is seeking a New Business Lead Generator to identify, engage and qualify prospective customers in the care sector, creating new opportunities for growth. You will be the first point of contact, building relationships with decision-makers and securing qualified appointments for the sales team.

You will develop a robust pipeline, manage CRM records in NetSuite, and collaborate with marketing to convert inquiries into long-term partnerships while travelling as required with a full UK

Qualifications

Experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data capture.

Responsibilities

Identify and research prospective customers across the care sector.
Proactively generate opportunities via calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals and events.
Qualify opportunities and secure qualified appointments.
Maintain CRM records in NetSuite and manage pipeline.
Support marketing by providing market feedback and attending events.
