Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to identify and engage care providers that may benefit from our specialist services. You’ll build relationships with owners, directors, and senior leaders across the care sector in a consultative, non-pushy environment.

This role offers a basic salary of £27,000–£33,000 DOE plus uncapped commission, with full training and clear career progression opportunities as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience generating and developing B2B opportunities.
• Comfort speaking with senior decision-makers.
• Proactive, organised and target-driven.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through telephone outreach, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Build relationships with care providers across the UK.
• Identify organisations that could benefit from services such as mock CQC inspections, compliance audits, and regulatory support.
• Arrange consultations and meetings with prospective clients.
• Manage and develop a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM.
• Follow up enquiries, quotations, and proposals.
• Work with colleagues to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
• Achieve agreed business development and activity targets.
