Job summary

Right at Home Reigate & Crawley is seeking a Care Scheduler and Coordinator to plan reliable care schedules and ensure consistent, high-quality support for Clients at home. You will match CareGivers with Clients, prepare schedules in advance and respond professionally when arrangements change.

This busy role sits at the centre of our service, working closely with the office team and CareGivers, with opportunities to develop within a growing homecare provider.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to plan and prioritise, work to deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate care schedules in advance and share with CareGivers and Clients on time.
• Match CareGivers to Clients considering care needs and location.
• Manage day-to-day schedule changes, sickness, and client needs.
• Communicate changes quickly and clearly to all parties.
• Maintain records of CareGiver availability and holidays.
• Keep scheduling system data up to date.
• Answer calls and queries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with recruitment to identify staffing needs.
• Record feedback and escalate concerns to a manager.
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call rota.
