Prestige Nursing & Care Bracknell is seeking a part-time Care Planner / Recruiter in Slough to plan and coordinate care, rostering, and recruitment for frontline staff. The role combines care coordination with recruitment duties and requires on-call availability and field work.

The successful candidate will manage rosters four weeks ahead, ensure compliance with regulations, and build strong relationships with clients and families while supporting branch management.

Qualifikationen

• Previous care planning, scheduling or workforce-coordination experience in a domiciliary or community care setting.
• Experience of recruitment, interviewing and onboarding, with an understanding of safe recruitment (right-to-work, DBS/PVG, references).
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, health and safety protocols, risk management and quality assurance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner and the ability to handle sensitive conversations.
• Able to meet deadlines and sudden changes in an organized manner; adaptable and able to change direction quickly as priorities shift.
• Fully conversant in Office 365 applications.
• Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring check (DBS / PVG).

Aufgaben

• Care coordination and planning — primary focus of the role
• Ensure client visits are covered on a daily basis
• Build rosters a minimum of four weeks in advance
• Monitor late and missed visits and take action
• Process timesheets for payroll accurately
• Maintain accurate digital records in the care system
• Organise Quality Visits and liaise with Branch Nurses for training
• Build relationships with clients and families for care coordination
• Lead on-call duties and emergency cover arrangements
• Identify and respond to new business opportunities to support growth
• Lead full recruitment cycle for frontline colleagues
• Coordinate induction, Care Certificate progress, and competency assessments
• Maintain recruitment and onboarding records
