Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking a highly organised Support Coordinator for a part-time, 30-hour-per-week role in Andover (SP10). This 12-month maternity cover offers a salary up to £21,555 and involves coordinating visits, rotas, and staff cover to ensure people receive the right level of care.

You will work closely with the Service Manager and care team, using People Planner and other systems to monitor hours, update schedules, and generate management reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with computerised systems and databases.
• Strong administration or office-based experience.
• Experience within customer service or a coordination environment.
• Ideally, experience with people with learning disabilities or an understanding of their support needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support workers and schedule visits for the people we support.
• Prepare, manage and distribute staff rotas and visit schedules.
• Ensure people supported are aware of any changes to their planned visits.
• Maintain accurate information on the Access People Planner system.
