Job summary

Homeinsteadcare is seeking a Lead Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee domiciliary care services. The role focuses on service delivery, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth to improve outcomes for older adults and vulnerable people in the community.

The successful candidate will lead Care Managers, drive performance, and mentor future leaders while ensuring adherence to CQC regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within domiciliary care.
• Strong operational and commercial awareness.
• Excellent people management and coaching skills.
• Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Passion for delivering exceptional care outcomes.
• Ability to lead change, inspire teams, and drive performance.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel between services. A valid Category B driving license is a genuine occupational requirement for this role due to the need to travel between remote sites where public transport is unavailable.
• Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS
