Job summary

Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a care home, reporting to the Registered Manager. You will drive high standards of care, supervise staff, and build strong relationships with families and external partners to ensure a personalised service.

Qualifications

• Experience as deputy manager in a Care Home is desirable but not essential.

The Deputy Manager will report to the Registered Manager and is responsible for delivering high standards of care inaccordance with MMCG policies and procedures and all external regulatory requirements.

This includes the efficient and effective day to day running of the Home,developing exceptional personalised service for every service user and their loved ones, managementof all staff and developing positive working relations with external stakeholders. This is a fundamental role within Social Care.

This is the perfect role for an experienced care team supervisor and is now ready for lead responsibility as part of continuing professional development.

About You;

We are looking for a Deputy Manager with the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience working as a deputy manager in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential.
• A committed and organised approach.
• We require an excellent communicator with experience in leading and motivating staff members.
• A good understanding of Regulatory Compliance and the ability to demonstrate delivery of a quality service
