Helping Hands Home Care is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality home care in Sale. You will steer a local team, ensure safe, personalised support, and maintain regulatory standards to uphold our brand of compassionate, community-focused care.

You will build relationships with healthcare professionals and authorities, drive service improvement, and support branch growth with heart and confidence. A strong commercial mindset and leadership experience are essential.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building with internal and external partners.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets, KPIs and business performance.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, quality frameworks and compliance practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead your branch with warmth and clarity, creating a high-performing, values-driven team.
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding care, with regular visits and services.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance across your services and respond to improvements swiftly.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, People, Quality, Finance and Marketing to deliver great outcomes.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Share best practice and support other leaders to embed a culture of excellence.
