Job summary

Willowbrook Homecare in Lytham is seeking a Care Manager to support the Registered Manager and lead the local team in delivering high-quality, person-centred homecare services. You will work to ensure services meet regulatory requirements and quality standards, coordinating referrals, rosters and staff development.

• Proven ability to lead a team delivering person-centred care.
• Strong rostering and scheduling experience in domiciliary care.
• Experience in training, coaching and mentoring care staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lytham team and support the Registered Manager.
• Ensure service delivery meets council contracts and care plans.
• Monitor staff training records and compliance with policies.
• Oversee referrals and initial visits with the Care Coordinator.
• Coordinate rosters and on-call arrangements for out-of-hours.
• Maintain safeguarding processes and report concerns to management.
• Uphold CQC standards and Willowbrook policies.
• Liaise with Head Office and external stakeholders.
