Willowbrook (Hyndburn) Ltd is seeking a Care Manager at our Lytham branch to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred homecare services that help people live safely and independently at home.

You will work to ensure services comply with internal policies and regulatory standards, collaborating with senior management to optimise resources and service delivery for the local community.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager at our Lytham branch, helping to deliver high-quality, person-centred homecare services that enable people to live safely and independently in their own homes.
• Play a key role in ensuring services are delivered in line with Willowbrook Homecare’s policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring quality standards.
• Work closely with the Senior Management Team to optimise service delivery and resource use while meeting organisational priorities.

Are you a motivated, compassionate and values-driven Care Manager looking to make a real difference? We’re looking for an exceptional individual to support our Registered Manager at our Lytham branch, helping to delivery high-quality, person-centred homecare services that enable people to live safely and independently in their own homes.

As Care Manager (Lytham St. Annes), you will play a key role in ensuring our services are delivered in line with Willowbrook Homecare’s operational policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and quality standards. Working closely with the Registered Manager and Senior Management Team, you will help ensure that the service operates effectively, people’s individual needs are met, and organisational priorities are achieved through the best use of available resources.
