Job summary

Caremark is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to support our growing home care team in Eastleigh. You will balance hands-on, person-centred care with field supervision, care reviews and staff mentoring.

Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
  • Minimum 2 years in Domiciliary/Community Care, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory capacity (Preferred).
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to undertake one).
  • Proficiency with digital care planning apps (e.g., Access Care Planning).

Responsibilities

Job Overview
