Job summary

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to take ownership of an established domiciliary care service in Scunthorpe, United Kingdom. You will lead the branch team with a visible, hands-on approach, ensuring safeguarding and compliance while driving service improvements and growth.

The role requires a proactive manager who can stabilise, strengthen and develop the service, maintaining strong relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders.
