Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver a wide range of training programmes across our residential and nursing care homes, with travel to the Midlands, London and the South Coast. You will develop courses such as Safeguarding, Moving and Assisting, First Aid, Dementia, ensuring outcomes meet Skills for Care and CQC standards.

Level 3 Education & Training required, with experience delivering care-related training and maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent and have experience delivering care-related training across varied subjects.
• Deliver training across multiple sites and maintain accurate records.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory frameworks (Skills for Care, CQC) and induction processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses for our care homes and branches.
• Provide high-quality training to groups across multiple sites and support induction.
• Maintain training records and ensure content stays current with best practices.
• Travel between sites to provide cover as needed and support e-learning systems.
