Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment in the UK is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver training across our care homes and related services. You will ensure staff receive high-quality, person-centred training aligned with regulatory standards.

The role involves travel between Midlands, London, and the South Coast to provide cover and induction support, with a permanent full-time schedule and a salary of £41,000 per annum DOE plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 award in Education & Training or equivalent + experience in delivering care-related training across varied subjects.
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses across multiple sites.
• Deliver high-quality training to groups of employees.
• Conduct learner assessments and ensure outcomes meet standards.
• Support induction training for new homes and employees.
• Facilitate and lead Champion programmes for home champions.
• Maintain accurate training records and adapt to needs.
• Provide guidance on the e-learning system and content updates.
• Keep training content aligned with best practices and ethos.
