Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan, and deliver comprehensive training programmes for our care teams across North West residential and nursing homes, with some travel to other regions.

You will contribute to safeguarding, first aid, dementia, and the Mental Capacity Act training, while ensuring regulatory standards and high learner engagement. This is a permanent, full-time role with generous benefits and a focus on development.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 3 Education & Training or equivalent.
• Experience delivering care-related training across varied subjects is essential.
• Strong communication, organisation and learner engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses.
• Deliver high-quality training to groups across multiple sites.
• Maintain accurate training records and adapt to needs.
