Job summary

Quantum Care, a not-for-profit provider of elder care across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex, is seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead a care home with a focus on person-centred care and high-quality outcomes. You will bring current or recent Home Manager experience, Level 5 Health and Social Care, and a proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.

Qualifications

Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager.
Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards.
Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills.
Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks.
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance.
Experience with delivery of high end care provision management.
Compassionate, forward-thinking approach to care.
Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
