Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Receptionist for Arbrook House Care Home in Esher. This bank role offers zero-hour contracts with shift-based pay in a caring, resident-focused environment.

You will welcome visitors, handle enquiries, advise residents and families, conduct home show-arounds, and support the Home Manager with clerical tasks. A warm, organised approach and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist with strong customer service.
• Friendly, approachable and well-organised.
• Able to build strong relationships with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
• Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries
• Providing advice and support face to face and over the phone
• Conducting show-arounds within the care home
• Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing
• Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed
