Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Receptionist for Arbrook House Care Home, Esher, Surrey. The role involves welcoming visitors, handling enquiries, and providing friendly support both in person and by phone.

You will show visitors around the home and assist with clerical tasks under the guidance of the Home Manager. The successful candidate will be organised, personable and able to build relationships with residents and families while managing a varied workload in a busy care home environment.

Qualifications

• You’ve worked as a Receptionist before with experience in providing excellent customer service.
• You’ll have a friendly manner both face to face and over the phone.
• You’re approachable and organised and can build strong relationships with residents, families and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home.
• Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries.
• Providing advice and support both face to face and over the phone.
• Conducting show-arounds within the care home.
• Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing.
