Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a specialist residential care home in Southport, Lancashire. You will oversee daily operations, lead a compassionate team, and ensure individual care plans are delivered to residents with ABI or neurological needs.

The role is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours/week) with occasional on-call duties. An NMC pin or Level 5 health & social care qualification is required or being pursued. Salary £55,000–£60,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with ABI and neurological conditions.
• Experience in care home settings and managing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the home and ensure high standards of care.
• Lead and develop the care team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing and independence for residents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise outcomes.
