• Proven experience in managing care or support services in home care.

• Knowledge of person-centered care, safeguarding, and regulations.
• Experience with record-keeping and reporting IT systems.
• NVQ/QCF Level 5+ or equivalent is highly beneficial.
• Experience in quality assurance and continuous service improvement.
