Job summary

Greensleeves Care in England delivers 24-hour residential, dementia and nursing care across 26 care homes. The company is an accredited Living Wage employer and offers learning and development opportunities.

As Home Manager you will create a warm, patient-centered environment, lead staffing, recruit and train the team, and ensure all regulatory records are accurate and up to date. You will liaise with CQC and drive compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent e.g. RMA is required.
• Experience as a Registered Manager is required.
• Experience of managing a Care/Nursing Home for older people.
• Experience of working with budgets and business plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a warm, caring environment focused on individual needs and independence.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment and inductions; provide regular supervision and team meetings.
• Maintain all home records under the Health and Social Care Act and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with CQC inspectors and respond to inspections; ensure readiness and ongoing compliance.
