Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group seeks an experienced Registered Home Manager for Overstone House, Northampton. This 66-bed home requires leadership of 37.5 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary of £48,500 per annum.

Lead a compassionate team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care, maintain compliance, manage occupancy and budgets, and continuously improve service quality for residents and families in the Northampton community.

Qualifications

• Experienced Registered Manager with a track record of Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes.
• Genuine commitment to outstanding care and improving lives of older people.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, MCA and wider regulatory requirements.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Proactive approach to quality improvement, problem solving and delivering positive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with confidence to collaborate with residents, families, professionals, and colleagues.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).

• Collaborate with senior leaders and regional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
