We are looking for an exceptional Care Home Manager with a specialism in dementia care to lead and shape a Colchester care home owned well respected care provider.

About the Role

As Care Home Manager / Registered Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, culture, quality, and performance of the home. You will be empowered to build a dementia service rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and innovation.
